Refunds and Returns

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. The cost of bespoke products will not be refunded unless faulty.

Refunding the cost of delivery

We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting goods to you if the reason for return is our fault.  If goods are faulty we will also reimburse the cost of returning it to us. However, if the return is a result of you ordering the wrong item, changing your mind etc. we will not be responsible for refunding postage costs. We will not refund goods until they are returned to us.
